Brief History

Unlock Consulting is a group of young, dynamic and proactive Consultants, Channel Development and Merchandising experts, professional trainers and facilitators. Our work experience just like our background is as diverse and rich as is obtainable in any world class training and consulting firm. We have as faculty, professional Bankers, Sales and Marketing professionals and academics, Finance and Accounting professionals as well as Human Resource professionals.

Unlock Consulting Nigeria Limited began operations in 2006. It was set up with the focus of providing research based live, up to date, current information on how to improve Human Resource Workplace Learning & Development as well as Training, Recruitment and Professional Employer Services (Outsourcing), end to end Marketing & Sales Strategies & Initiatives, Financial & Accounting Support

Unlock Consulting Limited is a full services sales/marketing strategy and human performance improvement (HPI) organization. The firm has core competencies as professional top-line growth & go-to-market strategy advisors, with a practice complemented by a very active training division whose services have a fast growing footprint. We basically empower our clients to grow their business by recruiting right, improving work-force quality, sales and business-development competencies as well as their brand building awareness and capacity.
OUR VALUE PROPOSITION

Our Faculty has a wealth of experience in the Telecommunications industry as well as Information Technology, Manufacturing and the Services Industry. This experience is based on several years of sales/marketing practice and training.

We have undergone IFC/World Bank Business Edge Certification Training Programs for targeted SME Training based on our proven experience and qualifications. This also enables us to offer IFC/World Bank customised training programs and award certificates to delegates at the end of such programs.
This training is deployed at clients request and may be conducted by local and or foreign facilitators. Under these programs, there are specific programs for the Distribution Channels i.e. Distributors or the Value Chain. However, the cost of this program differs from the Unlock Training Programs.

Our Training programs are fun, activity and experience based. We also run flexible programs that work around delegate’s job schedules and which allows us to extend training programs to work with feedbacks across weeks and months or weekends.

The Faculty of the firm has between them almost a 100 years experience in Human Resource practice as well as Sales, Marketing, Accounting & Finance and Customer Service Management.

Our services portfolio include recruitment, executive coaching, sales systems development and implementation, sales force automation services, staff performance measurement and monitoring system design, sales force outsourcing and recruitment.

Following our tradition, we do not have generic Training programmes, rather, we work with our clients to identify Training gaps and needs within their organization and develop programmes specifically to address the identified needs. We do not emphasise open training programs.

On our Training projects, we deliver extracts of facts and value to you by leveraging on the vast experiences of our faculty members. These include accomplished professionals in various fields of specialization and distinguished members of the academia.
