OLATUNJI ASHKUR OPE

Managing Consultant; Olatunji Ashkur Ope, graduated from OAU, Ile-Ife with a BA in Philosophy/Sociology, MBA (Marketing) and MSC Organizational Behaviour. Olatunji is a certified IFC/World Bank Business Edge Trainer and Consultant with 8 years under his belt and has spent over 15 years in sales/marketing and customer service.

Tunji has worked with Million Mark Nigeria Limited, Xerox H.S Nigeria Limited, MTN Nigeria Communications Limited & Mark Calthers Consulting. He was responsible for carrying out marketing research and customer satisfaction surveys in Xerox H.S, MTN Nigeria and Mark Calthers Consulting Nigeria apart from managing MTN distributors and sub distributors in terms of consulting, store roll out, adherence to the Distributor Agreement, Training and assessing the performance of distributors, sub distributors and their staff. Tunji has worked on training and research briefs for companies in the Banking, Capital Equipment and Telecoms sector.

ADETUNJI SUNDAY ABIOYE


Director; Tunji graduated top of his class with B.A.English from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and has obtained the prestigious Masters in Managerial Psychology (MMP) from the University of Ibadan. An alumnus of the Advanced Management Programme of the Lagos Business School, he has trained locally and overseas.

He has over 13 years of experience in Marketing Communication working on some of Nigeria’s biggest brands: First Bank, Bournvita, Eva Water, Chivita, Western Union, IGI, Toyota, Mobil, UPDC, MDS Logistics, Supreme Ice Cream, etc. Currently, Tunji was the immediate past Managing Director of Rosabel-Leo Burnett, a top league advertising agency in Nigeria. He is currently Managing Director of FUEL, a brands and communication company.

FOLAHAN RUFIAT SHOMADE


Director; Fola graduated from the University of Westminster (UK) with an MA in Human Resource Management and has many years experience in both the private and public sectors in the fields of Human Resources, training and organizational development in all areas of Human Resources from Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations (including TUPE, discipline and grievance, performance management, consultation and negotiating with unions, maternity and change management that includes restructures), Staff Learning and Development.

She is also a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK), the British Psychological Society in psychometric testing, (ability and occupational personality testing) and holds the Investor in People Assessor status. She is currently the Managing Consultant for PHRC (UK)

KEHINDE OSHO OSHOTIMEHIN (PhD)


Director; Kehinde graduated from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife with a BSc in Geography and an MSc/PhD in Agricultural Economics. He has over 27 years experience as a lecturer in various institutions and as a consultant on various public and private sector projects.

He was commissioned by the National Open University of Nigeria, for the development of two course materials in Fundamentals of Marketing, and Production/Operations Management, capacity building initiatives taken by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) in collaboration with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Catalysing Access to ICTs in Africa (CATIA), for the development of human capacity in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector, assist in reviewing postgraduate courses offered by The Regulatory Association of Southern Africa (TRASA), developed a curriculum of study in Project Management in ICT and appointed by the OAU Centre for Distance Learning as a resource person for its e-MBA (Executive) Programme.

Kehinde was also part of the consultancy team that assisted AIM Consultants in picking a winning proposal to the Federal Ministry of Environment, for the Environmental Impact Assessment studies for the construction of World Bank-Assisted Integrated Waste Management Facilities in 14 cities in Nigeria.

He is an associate member, Nigerian Institute of Management, member, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, associate member Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria. He is currently working as Associate Professor in Obafemi Awolowo University’s Department of Management and Accounting.

TINA EGBUIWE


Director, Customer Service: Tina graduated with a BA in Linguistics and African Languages from University of Benin and an MSc in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from the University of Lagos. She has a total of 11 years experience as a banker with 3 of those years as a Senior Manager, Customer Service and Training School Instructor in Access Bank.

Some of the courses she handled in the Access Bank Training School of Excellence include;

SONNY OSAWOTA


Director, Corporate Learning & Development Unit: Sonny graduated with a BSc in International Relations from the Obafemi Awolowo University and currently taking an MBA in International Organizational Behaviour from the University Of Leicester, UK. Sonny is a widely acknowledged leadership development and consulting expert who has given many organizations across Nigeria the benefits of his skills.

Before he went into full time consulting, he worked with FEDEX Redstar, Xerox H.S Nigeria and MTN Nigeria.

FRANCIS I.OLOLUO HND. ACA


Francis is the Head, Accounts of Agusto & Co. He obtained a HND in Accountancy from The Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State in 1990. He is a chartered accountant - an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Between 1991 and 1993, he worked with Longman Nigeria Plc and left as an Asst. Management Accountant. He was with Vegetable & Fruit Processing Ltd between 1993 and 1996 and left as Asst. Management Accountant.

He joined Rosaab Industrial Design Ltd as Manager, Finance/Admin in 1996 and left as AGM (operations) in 2000. Between 2000 and 2002, he worked with Linkserve Ltd as Asst Manager, Finance before joining Agusto & Co. in April 2002 as Head, Finance. In addition to his responsibilities, he facilitates training for IBFCAgusto Training Ltd, particularly Basic Accounting and Financial Analysis.

He also facilitates for MarkCalthers Consulting and Arnold & Kauffman Ltd, both human resources and training organizations. In 2007, he received an “OUTSTANDING FACILITATOR” award from IBFCAgusto Training Ltd in the year 2007. Further to the above, he has passion for counseling and inspirational activities
